I am a proud American Citizen and a native of Republic of Georgia, former USSR. The attitude of gratitude of giving back to the International community and to the U.S. Business is the moving force of the Global Mobility HR. I have dedicated the past 20 years of my career to International HR, business immigration in a PL capacity and helping U.S. businesses to diversify their work force as well as to minimize high employee turnover. The greatest joy and accomplishment of my file is my family, my husband and senior rescue cocker spaniels. We work hard to deliver the message of legal employment and residence in the United States. It is very rewarding to see U.S. Businesses think, act and recruit global. The opportunities and resources are always available if we know where to look for them.
